James W. Caley, CPA   

Jim has been a certified public accountant in the State of Washington since 1974. He was appointed in 1998 by Governor Gary Locke to the Washington State Board of Accountancy. He was reappointed in November 2001 and April 2004.  He served as Chairman of the Board, Legislative committee, and Experience Taskforce.

His previous employment includes Boeing; the Young Corporation, Vancouver, Washington; and Price, Waterhouse and Company. He has instructed at various colleges and for the American Institute of Bankers.

He is a member of the AICPA, WSCPA, and the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. He served on the board of the Columbia River Mental Health Agency, Clark College Board of Trustees, the State Board of Community Colleges, and the Lottery Commission.  He is a member of the Southwest Washington Chapter of the University of Washington Alumni Association.

He has also served as chairman and board member for many other local and statewide organizations.

Margie L. Sikes

Margie has been with the firm since 1979. She has reached out to the community to help build a high-quality client base. Her clients and members of the firm are confident that they can rely on her to meet their needs, especially in times of crisis.

Margie's concentration has been in tax planning and preparation for individuals and closely held businesses.   Members of the firm rely on her vast knowledge, experience, and expertise on a daily basis.

Rustin P. Brewer, CPA 

Rustin joined Caley & Associates in 2006 and was admitted as a shareholder in the firm at the beginning of 2008.   He has been a certified public accountant since 1997 and has been involved in all facets of business and individual taxation. His experience includes public accounting and general business experience, with substantial emphasis in tax planning for closely-held businesses and their owners, research and compliance in federal, state, and local taxation. A personable CPA with a record of being responsible for meeting client needs.

He is a member of the Oregon State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
